Add a pause
Open the project in the editor and go to the Script tab.
Open the options menu for the section where you want the pause.
Choose Add pause.
Edit the pause marker in the script if you need a different duration.
Preview the narration to confirm the timing.

Use pauses between major ideas or before an important point.
Avoid several long pauses close together.
Listen to the section after changing the marker.
