  • Updated captions replace the existing captions on your video.

  • Changes apply immediately after saving.

  • You can upload new caption files or edit captions manually.

Step 1: Log in and Open Your Video

Sign in to your VideoGen account and go to My Media. Select the video whose captions you want to change and click Edit.

Step 2: Access the Captions Section

In the editor, click the Caption Style tab or menu.

  • Customize Appearance: Adjust font name, text color, spoken word highlight color, and other style options to match your video’s look.

  • Choose from Popular Presets: Select from a variety of caption style presets for quick formatting.

  • Edit Existing Captions: Modify the caption text directly within the caption editor.

Step 4: Review and Save Changes

Preview your updated captions to ensure accuracy and timing. When you’re done, simply close the Captions window—your changes will be saved and applied automatically.
