How to Adjust the AI Voiceover Speed

You can control how fast or slow your AI voiceover sounds by adjusting the voice speed settings. This helps you match the pacing of your script and ensures the narration feels natural.

  1. In the Outline or Editor screen, click the AI Voice currently selected

  2. Select the Settings icon next to the Avatar button.

  3. Under Voice speed, enter your preferred speed value.

For optimal quality, use a speed between 0.7 and 1.2.

What You Can Adjust

  • Playback Speed
    Change how quickly the voice speaks by increasing or decreasing the speed value.

  • Per-Section Control
    Each section of your script can have its own speed setting. This allows you to adjust pacing based on content.

Tips for Best Results

  • Slower speeds improve clarity for dense or technical content.

  • Faster speeds can shorten runtime but may sound less natural.

  • Keep speeds within the recommended range for the most lifelike results.
