Why did my export fail in VideoGen?

Exports may fail if a scene did not finish generating, unsupported media is included, plan limits are exceeded, or a temporary processing issue occurred.

How to fix it

1. Retry the export

  • Refresh the page.

  • Select Export again.
    If the export starts, you're done.

2. Confirm all scenes are fully generated

  • Review each scene for loading indicators.

  • Regenerate incomplete clips.

  • Retry the export.
    If it completes, you're done.

3. Review uploaded media
Supported formats:

  • MP4 (video)

  • MP3 (audio)

  • JPG or PNG (images)

Remove unsupported files, then retry the export. If it succeeds, replace those assets with supported formats going forward.

4. Check plan limits

  • Confirm your video length is within your plan limits.

  • Confirm you have available credits.
