Each plan includes dynamic usage limits and a monthly allocation of credits for additional features.

AI feature usage:

Our AI features are subject to dynamic rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. These limits may vary based on system capacity, overall demand, and your subscription tier.

Higher-tier users (e.g., Business, Enterprise) receive priority access, especially during peak usage periods. While we do not enforce fixed message caps, we may dynamically adjust limits to optimize performance and availability across our user base.

If you reach a temporary limit, you can either wait for it to reset or upgrade to a higher plan plan for increased access.

Business and Enterprise plan users can access up to 50 iStock assets per month. Additional assets can be purchased at a rate of $10 per asset.

To track your remaining iStock credits, visit the Usage tab in your dashboard.

API Usage

Business and Enterprise plan users can access the VideoGen Text-to-Video API. API credits are managed separately. For the most up-to-date information on your API usage and limits, please visit the API tab in your dashboard.

To track your remaining API credits, visit the Usage tab in your dashboard.

Why are there limits? Why aren't they free?

Providing high-quality AI-generated content and premium stock assets requires significant computing resources and licensing costs. Rate limits help us ensure fair access for all users while maintaining system performance and reliability.

Higher-tier plans contribute to covering these operational costs and allow us to offer better performance, increased limits, and priority access. If you require more usage, upgrading your plan provides greater access and additional benefits.
