If you can’t upload new media or export video due to storage limits, your storage is likely full. Here’s a quick guide to check and free up space.
Step 1: Go to Your Media Page
Head over to app.videogen.io/media.
Once you're there, look in the top-right corner and click on "Uploads" or "Exports" to see your files.
Step 2: Delete Old Files
To free up space, delete any files you no longer need.
You can remove exports or uploads directly from that page.
Once you delete a few items, you'll have room to upload new ones again!
