How to free up storage capacity

Make room for uploads and exports by removing old files from Media, then refresh usage so totals stay accurate.

If uploads or exports fail because you are out of space, free capacity from the Media page.

  1. Open app.videogen.io/media and sign in.

  2. Use Uploads or Exports in the top-right to open the right list.

  3. Select files you no longer need and delete them.

  4. Click Refresh storage usage so your quota updates.

  5. Check the usage summary at the top of the page to confirm space freed up.

After you remove a few items, you should be able to upload and export again.

Bulk-delete exports: Switch display mode to List, set Recent files as needed, select all exports you want to remove, then delete them together.

Note: If you often run out of space, consider upgrading your plan for a higher storage limit and smoother uploads and exports.
