How to free up storage capacity

Learn simple steps to free up storage space on VideoGen so you can keep creating without limits.

If you can’t upload new media or export video due to storage limits, your storage is likely full. Here’s a quick guide to check and free up space.


  1. Go to app.videogen.io/media and log in.

  2. In the top-right corner, click Uploads or Exports to view your files.

  3. Delete old or unnecessary uploads or exports by selecting them and removing them.

  4. After you've cleared your storage, please make sure to click "Refresh storage usage" to sync your storage accurately.

  5. Check your current storage usage at the top of the Media page to confirm space has been freed.

Once you remove a few items, you’ll have room to upload new files and export videos again.

Besides, to quickly delete all your exported projects at once, you can change the display mode to List > Check Recent files to select all exports, then delete them together.

Note: If you frequently hit storage limits, we recommend upgrading your plan to increase your available storage space and ensure smoother uploads and exports.
