If you can’t upload new media or export video due to storage limits, your storage is likely full. Here’s a quick guide to check and free up space.
Go to app.videogen.io/media and log in.
In the top-right corner, click Uploads or Exports to view your files.
Delete old or unnecessary uploads or exports by selecting them and removing them.
Check your current storage usage at the bottom of the Media page to confirm space is freed.
Once you remove a few items, you'll have room to upload new files and export videos again!
