What Does Switching Profiles Mean?
Switching profiles allows you to toggle between your Personal Profile—your individual workspace—and your Team Profile, which lets you collaborate with others on shared projects, assets, and resources. Each profile has its own dashboard, settings, and content.
How to Switch from Your Personal Profile to Your Team Profile
Step 1: Log in to VideoGen
Start by logging into your VideoGen account at VideoGen Login.
Step 2: Locate the Profile Switcher
On your dashboard or main navigation bar, look for your profile icon or name—usually at the top left corner of the screen.
Click on your profile icon to open a dropdown menu.
Step 3: Select Your Team Profile
In the dropdown menu, you will see your personal profile and any team profiles you belong to.
Click on the name of the Team Profile you want to switch to.
How to Switch Back to Your Personal Profile
Follow the same process: click your profile icon and select your personal profile from the dropdown menu.
This will return you to your individual workspace where you can manage your personal projects.
Tips for Managing Multiple Profiles
Always double-check which profile you’re using before making changes to avoid confusion.
Notifications and project updates will be separate for personal and team profiles.
Use clear naming conventions for teams to easily distinguish profiles.
