1. Open the section where you want a background.
2. Click Insert and pick the background you want (image, video, or color).
3. Drag the background to the bottom layer of that section so foreground media (text, images, or overlays) sits on top.
4. Resize or reposition the background as needed. You can still stack more layers in front for a more dynamic look.
Tip
A subtle looping video or soft gradient image adds depth without pulling focus from the main content.
