Option 1: Start from a new Workflow

  1. Go to app.videogen.io and click New Video.

  2. From the available workflows, select Generate AI Clip (Business).

  3. You’ll be routed directly to the Editor screen with the AI Video Clip window open.

  4. Click the Image to Video tab and Upload your image

  5. In the prompt field, clearly describe how the image should come to life.

  6. (Optional) Turn on Audio Integration if you want the clip to include synchronized, automatically generated sound.

  7. Click Generate video from image to start the creation process.

Example:

Slow cinematic push-in toward the subject. Subtle wind moves through the background. Soft golden light shifts across the frame.

Option 2: Add an AI Clip to an Existing Project

  1. Open your existing project in the Editor screen.

  2. Select the clip you want to replace, or create a new asset in the timeline.

  3. In the Edit Asset panel on the right, click Replace.

  4. Select AI Video Clip from the available options.

  5. Open the Image to Video tab and Upload your image

  6. Enter a clear motion prompt describing how the scene should move

  7. Click Generate video from image to create it.

Tips

  • Use detailed, action-focused prompts

  • Avoid vague descriptions such as “make it dynamic”

  • Specify pacing (slow, dramatic, smooth, energetic)

  • Include lighting and environmental effects

  • Regenerate with small prompt refinements to explore variations
