This article will show you how to view and download your VideoGen invoices step-by-step.
Please note the following:
We do not send out invoices automatically after each charge.
Invoices can only be downloaded from within your account.
Each account has its separate invoices. If you have upgraded multiple accounts, you will need to download the invoices separately.
If you cannot find your invoices please email us from the email address associated with your account.
How to view and download your invoices:
1. Go to videogen.io and log in.
2. Click on your profile avatar in the top right.
3. Click "Account settings".
4. Scroll down and click "View invoice history" under Billing Settings.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see your invoice history. Click on an invoice to view/download it.
