Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Important billing information
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew by default. To avoid future charges, cancel before your renewal date.
Failed payments do not count as cancellations. If a payment fails, the system may retry the charge.
Refund policy
Canceling does not refund past charges.
If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, you will retain access until the billing period ends.
Refunds are not issued for unused time.
Access and data
Canceling or downgrading may result in:
Loss of access to premium features
Limited access to projects tied to paid features
Removal of stored media that exceeds plan limits
We recommend exporting or backing up important projects before making changes.
How to cancel your subscription :
Go to https://app.videogen.io and sign in to your account.
Click Settings in your dashboard.
Or go directly to:
https://app.videogen.io/settings/billing
Click Billing.
Under Subscription, click the three dots (⋮) next to your current plan.
Select Cancel subscription.
Read the on-screen instructions carefully and confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no future charges will occur after cancellation.
