Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee.

Before you cancel:
Canceling does not refund past charges.
After you cancel, you will not be charged again for that subscription.
If you cancel or downgrade, your VideoGen projects and data may be permanently lost.
How to cancel your VideoGen subscription
1. Sign in
Open videogen.io and sign in to your account.
2. Click your profile avatar in the top right.
3. Click "Account settings".
4. Under Billing Settings, click "Manage subscription".
5. Read the warning, then click "Manage subscription" again.
Click Cancel plan to finish. We are here if you decide to come back.
