Each plan comes with a monthly allocation of credits which are used for various AI features.

To track your remaining usage credits, visit the Usage tab in your dashboard. You will see the next refill. If you need more, consider upgrading your plan.

Text-to-speech characters:

When you modify a video script and click 'Generate', new text-to-speech audio will be generated. This process will consume characters from your available quota. Each character (letter, number, or symbol) in the script counts towards this quota.

1,000 characters are about 1 minute of text-to-speech audio in English.

AI Artist image generations:

Every time you generate an image using AI Artist you consume 1 AI Artist image generation. You can find AI Artist on the left side of the panel. AI Artist image generations are not used when generating or editing a video.

Why are there limited credits? Why aren't they free?

VideoGen uses state-of-the-art AI models to work its magic. We use extremely powerful, secure, and expensive supercomputers to run these AI models. Due to the high costs, we offer a monthly quota based on our customer's subscription plan.

We are working very hard to make this quota as generous as possible, and our customers find that the time and cost savings of VideoGen compared to traditional methods of creating and editing videos make the subscription a well-worth investment!
