Usage limits and credits

How credits, usage limits, and dynamic rate limits work on VideoGen—and where to see what you have left.

Each plan includes usage limits for AI features and a monthly allocation of credits for certain add-ons (for example, premium stock).

AI feature usage

AI features use dynamic rate limits so everyone gets fair access. Limits can change with system capacity, demand, and your plan.

Higher tiers (such as Business or Enterprise) get priority, especially at peak times. We don’t use fixed message caps; we may adjust limits to keep performance stable.

If you hit a temporary limit, wait for it to reset or upgrade for more headroom.

Business and Enterprise plans include up to 50 iStock assets per month. Beyond that, extra assets are $10 each.

See what’s left on the Usage page in your dashboard.

Why limits exist

High-quality AI output and licensed stock cost real compute and licensing. Limits keep the product fast and fair for all customers.

Upgrading helps cover those costs and unlocks higher limits, better performance, and priority access when things are busy.
