Troubleshoot Payment Failure

How to resolve a failed payment in VideoGen.

If your payment fails, don't worry—there are several common causes and easy steps you can take to resolve the issue:


  1. Check Your Payment Information: Ensure that the details you entered (like your card number, expiration date, and CVV) are correct. A simple typo can cause a payment to fail.

  2. Confirm Card Validity: Make sure your credit or debit card is still valid and hasn't expired. If it has, you'll need to use a different card.

  3. Verify Funds: Ensure that your account has sufficient funds or available credit to cover the payment.

  4. Try a Different Payment Method: If the problem persists, consider using a different card or payment method.

  5. Disable VPN or Pop-up Blockers: Sometimes, a VPN or pop-up blocker can prevent the 3D Secure Verification page from loading properly. Disable these and try again.

  6. Clear Cookies and Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cookies and cache can resolve issues. If this doesn't work, try completing the payment in incognito mode.

  7. Use a Different Browser: If all else fails, try making the payment using a different web browser.
