Using presets on VideoGen makes creating consistent, professional videos efficient and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Click Create a preset and fill in the details:

    • Name – Choose a clear, easy-to-recognize name.

    • Logo – Upload your brand logo (PNG or SVG with transparent background for best results).

    • Captions Style – Customize font, size, position, and alignment.

    • Writing Style – Define the tone and structure (formal, friendly, tutorial, etc.).

    • Knowledge Base – Add content or sources you want the preset to reference.

  2. Click Save Preset to store it.

  3. When creating a new video, choose the preset to automatically apply your saved styles and settings.

Use a preset

  1. Click + New Video on your dashboard.

  2. In the Overview screen, click Preset located at the top-right corner.

  3. Select your preferred preset to automatically load your saved styles and settings.

  4. Continue creating your video — your preset preferences will be applied automatically.

Tips for effective presets

  • Update your presets whenever your branding or tone changes.

  • Create separate presets for different content types (e.g., tutorials, product demos, social media).

  • Share presets with your team so everyone works with the same branding and structure.

  • Start from a preset, then make small custom edits for variety while keeping a consistent look.
