Steps to Create Generative Image Videos
There are two ways to create a generative image video — you can either select AI Image directly or configure it through Content Sources. Both methods produce the same result; the choice depends on your preferred setup style.
Option 1: Choose a workflow and select AI Image
Go to app.videogen.io and click New Video.
From the available workflows, select Idea to video.
In the Idea screen, describe your video’s goal, audience, tone, and concept.
Click the AI Image option to enable generative visuals only.
Choose your AI Voiceover, then set your aspect ratio, duration, and language before generating.
Click Generate script to begin generation — AI will automatically create your script, outline, and visuals.
Option 2: Choose a workflow and configure from Content Sources
Go to app.videogen.io and click New Video.
From the workflow options, select Idea to video.
In the Idea screen, describe your video’s purpose, tone, and audience.
Click Content Sources section.
Turn on AI Image and turn off Free Stock and iStock if you want all visuals to be generated by AI.
Select your AI Voiceover, and configure your aspect ratio, duration, and language before generating.
Click Generate script to start — the AI will create visuals and narration based on your settings.
Best Uses
Creative storytelling or conceptual videos where no real footage exists.
Music videos or poetry visuals that rely on artistic expression.
Explainers or educational videos that benefit from stylized visuals.
Brand storytelling pieces with custom, on-theme artwork.
