Option 1: Start a New Workflow
1. Go to app.videogen.io and click New Video.
2. From the workflow list, choose Upload & Edit (Pro).
3. Upload media from your device:
Images – Photos, graphics, and static visuals
Videos – Raw footage or finished clips
Audio – Voiceovers, music, sound effects
Visuals – Design elements and assets
Transcripts – Upload voiceover text and sync to video
4. After selecting media, the Editor opens automatically, so you can begin editing right away.
Option 2: Upload from an Existing Project
1. Open your existing project in the Editor screen.
2. Click an asset in the timeline to replace it, or add a new asset to the timeline
3. In the Asset panel on the right, click Upload and choose your file.
Your updated media appears instantly in the timeline.
What You Can Do After Uploading
Once your media is in place, you can:
Trim and split clips with precision
Replace visuals without disrupting timing
Adjust audio levels and alignment
Sync transcripts to voiceovers
Reorder scenes in the timeline
