How to Add an Additional Payment Method

You can update your existing payment method or add a new one at any time from your account settings. Follow the steps below to manage your billing details.

Before You Start

  • Make sure you are logged in to your VideoGen account

  • Use a supported and valid payment method

  • Ensure your billing details are up to date


1. Open Account Settings

2. Open Subscription Management

  1. Select Billing Settings

  2. Click the Menu

  3. Choose Manage Subscription

  4. Select Manage Plan

You will be redirected to your subscription management page.

3. Add or Update a Payment Method

From the subscription page:

  • Select Edit to update your current payment method

  • Choose Add Payment Method to add an additional one

Enter your payment details and confirm the changes.

Updates take effect immediately after confirmation.


What Happens Next

  • Your new payment method will be saved to your account

  • Future charges will use the updated or newly added payment method

  • You can return to Billing Settings at any time to make changes
