Before You Start
Make sure you are logged in to your VideoGen account
Use a supported and valid payment method
Ensure your billing details are up to date
1. Open Account Settings
Go to Account Settings:
https://app.videogen.io/settingsConfirm you are signed in to the correct workspace
2. Open Subscription Management
Select Billing Settings
Click the Menu
Choose Manage Subscription
Select Manage Plan
You will be redirected to your subscription management page.
3. Add or Update a Payment Method
From the subscription page:
Select Edit to update your current payment method
Choose Add Payment Method to add an additional one
Enter your payment details and confirm the changes.
Updates take effect immediately after confirmation.
What Happens Next
Your new payment method will be saved to your account
Future charges will use the updated or newly added payment method
You can return to Billing Settings at any time to make changes
