Account and billing brings together the settings you use to manage your profile, workspace preferences, and subscription details. It is the main place to review how your workspace is identified, configured, and billed.


What it includes

  • Profile settings for your sign-in methods, email, display name, and password-related actions.

  • Account settings for workspace preferences like default language, export notifications, and content filtering.

  • Billing settings for your plan, subscription management, invoices, usage-related summary details, and refresh actions.


How it works

These settings are grouped so you can separate identity and notification changes from subscription and payment-related controls. Some billing controls are only available to users who can manage the team or workspace subscription.

Workspace-level values like language, IDs, and subscription summary details update from live account and subscription data, so the page can change based on your plan and permissions.


When to use it

Use this collection when you need to change account details, review how your workspace is configured, manage billing, or understand what subscription information is available in settings. For shared workspace membership, invites, and team context, see Teams and organizations overview.


Important behavior

  • Some subscription actions are restricted to team admins or users with billing permission.

  • Workspace settings and billing details can depend on the currently selected workspace or team.

  • If subscription information looks outdated, the interface includes a way to sync the latest subscription data.
