VideoGen works best on modern desktop browsers. Here are the recommended requirements for the best experience.

Recommended browsers

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer.

Keep your browser updated to the latest version for optimal performance and security.

Mobile devices

VideoGen is designed for desktop use. While you can access some features on mobile devices, there are limitations:

  • Recording is not available on mobile devices.

  • Editing tools are more limited on smaller screens.

  • Video previews may be less reliable on mobile browsers.

For the full editing experience, use VideoGen on a computer.

Recommended specs

VideoGen runs in your browser and does not require installation. For smooth performance:

  • Operating system: Windows 10+, macOS 10.13+, or Linux

  • RAM: 8 GB or more recommended

  • Internet connection: Stable broadband connection for uploading and streaming

Features that require modern browsers

Some features require recent browser versions:

  • Screen recording requires browser permission for screen capture.

  • Camera and microphone recording requires media device access.

Troubleshooting

If you experience issues:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Disable browser extensions that may interfere with video playback.

  • Try using a different browser.

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
