Share and export overview

Learn how sharing and exporting projects work.

Share and export are how you send a project to other people or turn it into a finished output. This area covers email sharing, downloadable exports, shareable view links, and export history from the editor.

What it includes

  • Share video lets you invite people by email and manage who has access to the project.

  • Download opens the export flow for creating a rendered video file.

  • Shareable view link creates a link people can open in a browser.

  • Recent exports shows past exports and their current status.

How it works

Sharing and exporting are launched from the editor but run through their own dedicated flows. You choose whether you want collaborator access, a rendered export, or a view link, then follow the options shown for that flow.

Export settings include output options like resolution, and export history gives you a place to check whether a render is still processing or already available.

When to use it

Use share tools when teammates need access to your project. Use export tools when you want a finished video or a view-only link you can distribute outside the editing workflow, especially after using project-wide controls in Actions.

Important behavior

  • Sharing by email can affect billing when new seats are added to a workspace.

  • Export availability depends on processing status, so recently started exports may take time to appear as ready.

  • Download and shareable-link flows are related, but they are not the same as inviting someone to collaborate on the project.
