Teams let you collaborate with others on video projects. Team members share a workspace, can access shared projects, and are billed together under one subscription.

What teams are

A team is a group of users who work together. Each team has:

  • A shared workspace for projects and storage

  • Members with assigned roles

  • A single subscription that covers all members

You can belong to multiple teams and switch between them.

Team roles

Team members have one of two roles:

  • Admin: Can manage the team, invite or remove members, and handle billing

  • Member: Can access team projects and create new ones

The team owner (creator) always has admin rights.

Your personal team

Every user also has a personal team for individual work. Projects in your personal team are private unless you share them.

Managing team members

Admins can:

  • Invite new members by email

  • Promote members to admin or change their role

  • Remove members from the team

  • Revoke pending invites

Access the Team Dashboard to see all members and invites.

Sharing projects with your team

When you share a project:

  1. Open the project and click Share.

  2. Enter email addresses of people to share with.

  3. They receive access and are invited to join your team.

Team members can then view and edit shared projects from their dashboard.

Switching teams

If you belong to multiple teams, you can switch between them from the team selector. Your projects and settings change based on which team is active.
