Sharing and exporting serve different purposes. Share a project for collaboration, create a view link for watching, or export a finished video file.
Collaborator access
Use Share to invite people who need access to the same project. Team membership and seat billing may apply when a new person joins.
View links
Create a shareable view link when someone only needs to watch the finished video in a browser. A view link does not grant editing access.
Export a video
Use Download or the export flow to render a finished video file. Choose the available export settings, start the export, and check recent exports for its status.
Before sharing
Review the project in Preview and use Remix if you need to apply a broader change before exporting.
