Go to videogen.io/settings.
Scroll down to Billing Settings.
Click the three dots (⋮) menu
Select invoices.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to see your invoice history. Click an invoice to view or download it.
Important things to know
We do not send out invoices automatically after each charge.
Invoices can only be downloaded from within your account.
Each account has its separate invoices. If you have upgraded multiple accounts, you will need to download the invoices separately.
If you cannot find your invoices please email us from the email address associated with your account.
