Steps
Open your project in the Project Editor.
Click Captions in the left sidebar to open the captions panel.
Choose a caption preset that matches your video style.
Use the toolbar at the top of the panel to customize captions:
Change the font
Adjust size, color, and alignment
Add a background or outline for better readability
(Optional) Click Text in the left sidebar to add titles or additional on-screen text.
Add Title text for introductions or section headers
Add Subtitle text for context
Add Body text for callouts or notes
