Share a project when teammates need access to the same project. Sharing adds collaborators; it does not create a separate project copy.
Share from Home
Open the project menu on Home.
Select Share.
Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
Send the invitation.
You can also open sharing from inside the project.
What recipients receive
Recipients get access to the shared project after they accept. Changes happen in the same project, so collaborators should coordinate when editing.
Create a separate copy instead
Use Duplicate when someone needs an independent copy that can change without affecting the original.
