How to share your project
Share a full project copy with teammates
Invite collaborators by email
Each recipient gets an editable copy in their own account
New members are added to your team when they accept
Step 1: Sign in
Open videogen.io and sign in.
Step 2: Open the project menu on Home
On the Home screen, click the three dots next to the video you want to share.
Step 3: Select “Share a Copy”
In the menu, click Share a copy.
Step 4: Enter email addresses
Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with, separated by commas.
Step 5: Send the invitation
Click Share to send a full copy. Each recipient gets an email with a link to their own editable copy.
Step 6: Open the shared project
Recipients open the email and click Open in VideoGen to open the copy in their account.

Each person works in their own copy—agree on who owns the final version.
Use sharing when you want parallel edits without overwriting the same file.
