All subscriptions will automatically renew until they are canceled. However, you may cancel anytime with no cancelation fee.
Please note the following:
Canceling the subscription will not result in any refund.
Canceling the subscription means that you won't receive further charges for your subscription.
If you cancel or downgrade your plan, your VideoGen projects and data may become permanently lost.
How to cancel your VideoGen subscription:
1. Go to videogen.io and log in.
2. Click on your profile avatar in the top right.
3. Click "Account settings".
4. Scroll down and click "Manage subscription" under Billing Settings.
5. Acknowledge the warning and cancel your subscription.
